• Once the program payment is made, a refund is possible only if the treatment has not yet started. However, a 10% service charge will be deducted from the program fee. A waiting period of at least twenty (20) working days is required from the day of notification for a refund to be completed. If it’s less than twenty (20) working days, a 20% service charge will be deducted from the program fee.
• In the event of program cancellation due to poor ovarian response, there maybe a refund after deducting COST of Medications, Mock Embryo Transfer, plus a 20% service charge from the program fee.
• Once the egg fertilization treatment has been done, the entire program fee is non-refundable
• In the case of program withdrawal after the Mock Embryo Transfer procedure, there maybe a refund after deducting the COST of the Mock Embryo Transfer procedure, medications, plus a 20% service charge.

Applicable for patients on multiple cycles program:

• The contract is deemed completed once pregnancy is achieved and a foetal pole is identified with cardiac activity at 7 or 8 weeks. In the event of pregnancy loss after 8 weeks, you will be encouraged to pay for another treatment program.
• There will be no REFUND in the event of a failed cycle. However, you will be counseled and encouraged to start the next cycle immediately to avoid program/treatment inactivity. Treatment inactivity of more than 6(six) months leads to contract termination except if medically necessary.
• In the event of a failed cycle, and you wish to convert the remaining cycle to Egg Recipient Program you be required to pay 25% of the total program fee to switch to Egg Recipient program.
