We are seeking a front desk officer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in using office equipment and software and have a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- At least 2 years in customer service, front desk, or administrative role (healthcare experience preferred).
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, various appointment scheduling software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possessing expertise in Quality Management Systems, specifically ISO 9001:2015, is a significant asset
- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly welcome visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- Security and Access Control: Monitor access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter, and maintain visitor logs for security purposes.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries, Feedback, and provide information about the organization’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Clinic Operation: Coordinate with medical staff to support clinic operations and enhance patient experience.
